At Richard Pearce Hairdressing our mission is to share our knowledge and create the next generation of successful hairdressers. If an apprenticeship in our exciting world of hair fashion and customer service is your dream, we are looking for you to join us.

We offer apprenticeships in partnership with Chichester college which you will attend one day a week, along with our weekly scheduled in salon structured training. With us you will learn every aspect of client care, the highest level of Hairdressing skills using the best globally premium products available in our industry. We will invest in your future and it is our hope that at the end of your qualification you will continue to grow your career with us.
