Throughout my fabulous career, I have managed high-end salons and hairdresser education from London to Oxford, Sydney to Chichester. I founded Richard Pearce Hairdressing in 2014.
I couldn’t be more proud of my team, our beautiful salon, and the professional, happy environment and work ethic we have cultured. I hold an industry-recognised degree in hair colour. I am an accomplished Hairdressing trainer, lecturer, and qualified City and Guilds NVQ assessor.
Over the years, I have been blessed to have contributed and presented at Salon International London numerous times. The clothes show, Cosmopolitan Magazine Live, Sydney Fashion Week, and many Hair Magazines.

Hairdressing since 2003. Craig has been delighting a broad clientele throughout Chichester and within our salon for many years. He is well known and loved for his exceptional Hairdressing talent and customer care. NVQ qualified, many years experience with numerous advanced cutting and colour qualifications. Craig does beautiful work and is a fabulous all round stylist.

NVQ level 2 and advanced level 3 Hairdressing. Jesse qualified in 2018. During that year, he won the national final cutting and styling category of the national apprentice awards in London, after winning the regional final he went on to be judged the UK winner on his final presentation by a panel of London’s most recognised hairdressers.
His attention to detail is amazing, his manner and customer service is perfect. Jesse is a jewel in our crown. You will love him.

Sue looks after front of house and overall service to exacting standards.
She ensures the important little things are a big part of your salon visit and deals with the smooth running of our busy salon. Her many years in managing busy high end restaurants brings great coordination and attention to detail to ensure your appointment is a perfect experience. Sue is in the salon three days a week and works behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of the salon.

Amy is working towards her NVQ level 2 and 3 Hairdressing qualifications and completing our in-salon training to meet our client's expectations.
Amy gives excellent customer service and has fabulous backwash experience. Amy's colour application is already to perfection.
Amy is focused on her future career as a professional stylist, and we are very excited about her future.
Amy loves nothing more than a sunset stroll with Bonnie, her Cocker Spaniel. She also follows fashion, music and loves being with family and friends and making memories.
Milly is working towards her NVQ lever 2 and 3 hairdressing qualifications and completing our in-salon training to meet our client's expectations.
Milly gives exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
She is passionate about the hairdressing industry and is a great future talent.
